Kirk J. Macolini - President, Principal Consultant, & Founder

Mr. Macolini is the Founder, President, & Principal Consultant of Centurion Technology. He has extensive experience with the SBIR and STTR programs and has developed proposals for NIH, NSF, DARPA, Air Force, Army, MDA, NASA, Navy, NIST, DoE, EPA, ED, SOCOM, DOT, and DHS. Mr. Macolini has worked on well over 100 SBIR/STTR Proposals, and has earned success rates well above twice the national average. He has held technical, management, and business development roles in small software and biotech SBIR firms. Mr. Macolini earned a Masters of Science and Bachelors of Science in the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has eight-years of military experience in military intelligence and combat engineering roles. An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Macolini formed Centurion Technology to help small innovative firms compete effectively against larger SBIR mills.
